- Stay indoors in air conditioning whenever possible.
- Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol.
- Check on those most vulnerable to heat, including children and the elderly.
- If you must go outdoors, go early or late in the day, and dress in light-colored clothing.

Kneaders Bakery & Café on Craig Rd. for your generosity of "Giving" and making it possible to share with others.
We receive bread donations every Friday, and is repacked at Madison Senior Apartments (3150 W. Ann Road, NLV, NV 89031) from 8:30am to 9:30am.
